13. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• For new subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
• After this period, refunds are not available for ongoing subscription renewals. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time purchases (such as AI credits) are non-refundable, unless a technical issue prevents usage.

14. Payment Processing & Taxes

Payments for our products and services are processed by our billing partner Lemon Squeezy, LLC, 3827 Phelan #301, Beaumont, TX 77707, USA ("Merchant of Record"). Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record and responsible for collecting and remitting VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes in the respective countries. Invoices and payment receipts are issued directly by Lemon Squeezy.

As a small business under German tax law (§19 UStG), we make use of the small business regulation and therefore do not charge or display German VAT on our own invoices.
